TAHA Membership Declaration

In becoming an associate of The Australian Hypnosis Alliance you declare the following:

  1. The information that you have provided is accurate and truthful.
  2. You do not have any criminal record in either Australia or in any other country.
  3. You have never been diagnosed with and/or do not suffer with/from any significant mental health disorder.
  4. You are over the age of 18 years and are a person of good and sound character.
  5. You agree to always abide by the rules in relation to The Australian Hypnosis Alliance.
  6. You will treat all clients and/or hypnosis subjects with due care and respect.
  7. You do not and will not use hypnosis for nefarious and/or any dishonest purpose.
  8. When using the chat and advice forum on the TAHA website; you will treat all other Associates with respect and refrain from using foul, bad, inappropriate, or racially disrespectful comments or language.
  9. You agree that The Australian Hypnosis Alliance and or its officers, namely the Chairman and/or the CEO, either jointly or separately, do not consent to or intimate in any way to be responsible or to take any responsibility for any actions or results of any associates professional or personal practices whether the use of hypnosis is involved or not involved.
  10. You understand and agree that any associate may be dismissed from The Australian Hypnosis Alliance for any reason that the Chairman and/or CEO may deem appropriate after fair hearing by any and/or all parties involved in that particular matter.
  11. You understand and agree that The Australian Hypnosis Alliance is not a registered Hypnosis Association and that although association membership is recommended by The Australian Hypnosis Alliance for clinical practitioners, no advice or preference can or will be given to any associate in regards to association memberships.
  12. All training schools/institutions must be a registered business with an ABN.
  13. "Become a Qualified Hypnotherapist In Only Three Days" or any other unreasonable or unrealistic statements or claims are not acceptable or allowed in any self promotion by any training school/institution
